Broga Hill

did i blog about i went to Broga Hill? erm... no i don't think so...







so last last last last sunday forgotten when, Fern suggested to go Broga Hill to hike.
she wants to see the sunrise from there.
i wanted to go but others were not interested at all.
so i invited my Vietnamese friends and end up 4 of them, Vu, Lam, Phong and Jindo are joining us.
this was the first time they meet Fern, and they mix well.





oh ya... forgotten to say that we woke up at 5 in the morning and start out journey around 5.30am
by using Fern's GPS we manage to reach Broga Hill safely.
it was still very dark when we reach there.









along the way up the hill, i've stop a few times... due to breathlessness.
wow... it was so hard to hike the hill ok!
although it was not very stiff and the road is just too hard to walk.
up and down and without torchlight.
and also due to my useless body strength.
maybe i should do lung function test to test my lung capacity.
or maybe it's my heart... not able to pump enough oxygen...















even though we stop a few time, but we still manage to see the sunrise.
only Fern manage to reach the top of first hill.
we all stop right before the top of first hill, busy taking picture and lazy to go further.







we had a lot fun up there and i'm not willing to go down the hill...
we all forget all of our tiredness when we see all these amazing sky...









by around 9am, we headed down the hill.
more and more people are coming up the hill.
either the young or the old, parent or children, couple or single... so many people.





and... along the way down, i saw Melvin, my junior in MBBS.
i can say... it was quite a surprise and weird
along the way down i saw this middle age couple, the husband is holding the wife's hands and trying to climb up the hill
in my heart sound: how lovely they are... still holding hands even though they are old
then... behind them as a very familiar face.
and when he was right beside me, when i going down and he's going up
i asked: erm... are you Melvin?
he look at me, surprisingly, and replied: errr... yea....
then i smile, and say: Hi...
then continue our journey.
it was actually non-stop journey, we were just saying those word when we were walking...
quite a surprise to meet someone along the way...





then we went down the hill, bought passion fruit which a lady was selling.
it was very nice and sweet.
then we had our breakfast in some random hawker center.





till now Lam was still crazing about the passion fruit. i think he was addicted.







we should have another trip soon... i want to hike till the top of first mountain.
or maybe till the second or third mountain. hahaha...
no one will think that our country did have such place...
some even ask which country i went...
you just need to discover a little bit about your country and you will found something amazing...

midnight dim sum

ok fine! at last i convince myself to update my blog.
i am so so so so so lazy... wonder why...





on tuesday midnight, mei, hung, zyang and i went to have dim sum is sri petaling.
mei was suggesting to eat dim sum long time ago.
and that night we determine to go.

mei drove the car and we reach sri petaling by 20 minutes time from cyberjaya.
it was midnight and no car or jammed.





we not really know about that area but we just follow our guts.
luckily we found that place.
there were actually a few shops that sell dim sum
we don't really know which shop is nicer so we just randomly choose which one we want
maybe next time we can try another shop...

























it was such a satisfaction to have dim sum
i have no idea when was the last time i had dim sum...

but i still think malacca dim sum is the best! haha...

Pharmacy pre graduation dinner

I went to Pharmacy pre-graduate dinner in IOI Palm Garden Hotel last Friday.
although i am not from Pharmacy faculty but most of my friends are studying pharmacy.
since there are a few place left so i attend the dinner with my friends.



love this pic... but i look damn a lot like my mom!




even though the theme of the dinner is "Masquerade" but we are not allow to wear mask due to stupid college rules and regulation. whatever~
but Melvin and Hansiang told us just bring it there.
we can wear it before the dinner start and before the VIPs come in and also after they leave the dinner.
only when VIPs there we don't wear the mask.






the event is not bad.
food was ok but the sotong was great.
Jac and Sheila which from my class also went there as Filyn is their best friends.






the most exciting part was the video produced by the 2nd year student.
because i knew most of them and by watching the video act by them was so funny.
the video title "final destination" and it's quite a same with the real Final Destination.
the only different is it's not on roller coaster and it's comedy.
we all keep laughing as the video is really very funny.



























we actually leave the dinner early as Mei and Fern need to go to Kelantan at midnight to do their Young mercy project.
we had lots of photo before we leave.
had photos, had fun, had great night!

第一次捐血经验！first time blood donation experience!

好久好久没有更新我的部落格了。
也许隔离太久，就变得越来越懒惰。
本来有很多事情要写的，慢慢累计，变得太多了，就更懒惰写。
i've not been updating my blog for such a long tim
maybe it's too long, and i become so lazy.
actually there are a lot of things to blog, but i keep on postpone, become too many to write, so become more lazy.


星期一那天，我的学院举办捐血运动。
之前很多次都已将想要捐的，也许还怕或没胆量，所以每次都捐不成。
这次下定决心，敢敢去试一试。
on monday, my college had a blood donation event.
before this i wanted to try to donate blood, maybe i was scared or not dare to try, so everytime i gave up donate blood.
this time i determine to try it!




第一次捐血经验！
first time blood donation experience!




先填写表格，确定你是个适合的捐血人选。
first, fill in the information in the form, to make sure you are a candidate for blood donation.




医药人为你量体重，确保你的体重是足够的。
然后测试你的血型。
p/s: 知不知道，体重不足的人不可以捐血哦！
the medical team will test your body weight, to make sure your weight is enough.
then they will test for your blood type.
p/s: do you know? those underweight can't donate blood!




另一站的医药人会量你的血压。
不是到当天我的血压怎么那么奇怪。
竟然是 136/68。
偏高又偏低的。
next station the medical officer will test for your blood pressure
don't know why that day my blood pressure was so weird.
it's 136/68.
quite high and quite low.






又去另一站，医药人员为你的簿子填写资料。
捐血的人会有一本小簿子。
簿子里记录你捐血的日子、血型、捐血的总量、医院以及医药人的签名。
then the other station, the medical officer will fill in information in a book.
everyone that donate blood will have a little book as certificate.
it will record your blood donation date, blood type, total amount, hospital and signature from the medical officer.




终于过了每个站，这时就是捐血的时刻！
躺在躺椅上，医药人员为你盖被。
然后开始一切的步骤。
after every station, finally it's donation time!
lying on the lying chair, medical officer will cover you with a blanket.
then start all those procedure.






当针头插进去时我并不敢看。
可是还是有点痛。
过后整个过程都不会有什么感觉的。
我还兴致勃勃地拍照。
i dare not see when the needle was poke into my arm.
it was a little pain.
after that the whole procedure you won't feel anything at all.
i was happily taking photograph.




我的血流得有点慢。
反而陪我去的敏却非常快。
很快的就捐够450ml的血。
过程也不会太久，大约30分钟就好了。
my blood flow was a little slow.
Mei that follow me to donate blood have faster blood flow then me.
very fast, total amount of 450ml blood was donated.
the duration was not very long, maybe around 30 minutes.




捐完后，通常他们都会准备茶点让我们“补一补”。
其实要不要吃都可以，当然吃点东西会比较好，还有一杯热热的美禄。
after the donation, they usually will prepare some food for us.
it's up to you to eat it or not, but of course it will be better if you eat something after that, and there is a warm Milo.


捐血比我想象的好很多。
还以为会头晕或什么的，可是我都很健康，而且还去打球。
看来捐血并没什么大不了的。
blood donation is much more better then what i thought.
i thought that i will feel dizziness or other thing, but i was healthy, even went to play squash.
seem like blood donation is not a big deal!




捐一滴血就一命！

p/s:我打电话跟我妈妈说我捐血，她竟然说捐血会增肥！什么？？！！！
p/s: i phone my mom and told her i donated blood, and she told me donate blood will cause weight gain! what??!!!

愚人节快乐！

原来今年已经是哥哥张国荣去世的七周年了。
原来时间已过了这么久。

记得当年我还在中学吧！
消息也是在晚上收听电台得知的。
开始时我不相信的，毕竟是愚人节。
想想，又觉得没有人会把死亡来开玩笑吧！
第二天的报章全都是他。
才慢慢的接收事实。

虽然我不是他的粉丝，但也认识他、知道他是谁、看过他的电影。
一个人的离去有点难接受。
