I'm going to Vietnam in not more then 2 days time and i still have the time to bake cake... haha... and and... this is the first time i bake a cake in these 19++ years. my mom was so supportive and bring me go to bought all the ingredients. my mom says it tasted great!
here go the recipe.

i use this type of cup as measurement.

3 eggs

caster sugar

evaporate milk

VAN HOUTER coco powder

flour

mix the flour and the coco powder

eggs + sugar blended until white

eggs + sugar blended until white

ingredients:
3 eggs
2 cup caster sugar
1 cup evaporate milk

3/4 cup coco powder 2 cup of flour
1 cup warm water

1 cup vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoon sodium bikarbonat

1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
1 teaspoon salt

step 1: blend the eggs and sugar with mixer until it became white.

step 2:
add in flour, milk, vanilla flavor, oil, salt and warm water. then blend it again until all of them mix together.

step 3:
pour it into a tray and cover it with aluminium foil.

you can either stim it or put it into oven.

stem :1 1/2 to 2 hour with minimun fire.
or
oven :30-35 minutes at 160-180 °C.

then it is done!!!

you might want to do the topping.
you need:
1/2 cup VAN HOUTER coco powder
1/2 condense milk
1/2 piece of butter

use double boiler to cook it until all of the ingredients mix together and shines.
then just pour it on top of the cake and smooth it.

A double boiler is a double-walled cooking pot with water in between the walls.

i didn't do the topping as i don't like it very much. it's quite oily with the half piece of butter. you can change the ingredients as you wish or create another one.
